We are qualified Building Surveyors and licensed Home Inspectors and as such are able to compile Home Condition Reports and Energy Performance Certificates for inclusion within a Home Information Pack (HIP).

Our ethos is to be professional, friendly and flexible whilst offering a comprehensive and efficient service.

We are regulated by the RICS and are corporate members of both the Chartered Institute of Building and Institute of Maintenance and Building Management we are committed to professional and ethical codes of conduct and as such act with integrity and undertake all duties with full regard to public interest.

We carry both Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance cover to a limit of £1 million.
